We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our Water Networks on a 3 year Apprenticeship. You will follow a structured in house training and development programme, and spend part of the week at a local College coupled with learning on the job with our experienced team members out in the field embracing new skills.
During your training you will be involved in responding to emergency incidents including burst mains, valve operations at our reservoirs and different company sites, dealing with minor plumbing repairs, along with obtaining water samples and dealing with customer queries face to face and customer issues on a day to day basis regarding no water, low pressure and leaks. You will also become proficient in carrying out risk assessments and reports in line with Health and Safety requirements.
