An Apprenticeship is a unique opportunity for you to recruit and develop new talent.

Here at BCTG training centres, your Apprentice will work on block release every 8 weeks towards an NVQ alongside the relevant Construction Diploma and

functional skills.

Our courses offer a detailed technical knowledge of the building process across a number of crafts, but an apprentice doesn’t stop learning when he or she leaves our workshop each week. You’ll be hands on developing the key skills for your business.
