Bristol NHS Group
The Bristol NHS Group is a partnership between University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) and North Bristol NHS Trust (NBT). Together, we deliver high-quality care across Bristol, Weston-super-Mare, South Gloucestershire and the wider South West.
With 28,000 staff and specialist regional centres — including children’s care, cardiology, eye care, trauma and neurosciences — we provide a wide range of services to our communities. With more than 350 clinical and non-clinical roles available across the NHS, we offer outstanding career opportunities.
We’re known for innovation, teaching and research, as well as supportive career pathways. We’re looking for people who share our values, put patients first, and want to make a real difference.
Apprenticeships offer an accessible and inclusive pathway into the NHS, supporting individuals both within our organisation and across the communities we serve. They enable people to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to thrive in their roles, while contributing directly to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
We work in partnership with over 38 apprenticeship providers, delivering 61 apprenticeship programmes to more than 800 learners. Many of our apprentices are supported through our in house Apprenticeship Centre, where we deliver core entry-level routes in Healthcare, Customer Service, Business Administration and Management, helping people to build strong foundations for long and fulfilling NHS careers.
If you’re interested in exploring the wide range of roles and opportunities available, we’d love to meet you — come and visit us at the event.
