This prestigious recognition celebrates Nikki’s remarkable impact across broadcasting, education and community engagement.
A Well‑Deserved Honour for an Inspiring Leader with over 25 years of experience as a senior teacher and college lecturer, Nikki Tapper has dedicated her career to supporting young people as they explore career pathways, education routes and real opportunities in the world of work. Her work in broadcasting has made her a trusted and respected voice in communities across the UK, and the MBE recognises the excellence, passion and integrity she brings to the industry.
